We provide three services to Airbnb hosts; full management, cleaning and linens only and linen supply.  

Full Property Management - only 15%

Five Star BnB is one of the most competitively priced providers in the market, yet we still provide a premium, customer-centric service.  Our most frequently chosen product, full management allows you to relax in the knowledge that your property and your guests are being looked after properly.  We will manage your property listing across multiple channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com, creating listings, setting prices, dealing with all guest communications, cleaning, linens, towels and toiletries.  Every time your guests check-out, our cleaning team are in, preparing your property for your next guest.  And every time, your assigned property manager will be in checking for any maintenance issues and making sure our high standards are being met.  We do all the hard work so you don't have to.  

Cleaning and Linens Only

If you want to stay in control of your guest communications and take care of the hospitality yourself, we are happy to simply clean and prepare your property for you. Our team will be there the same day as your guests check-out, cleaning your property and adding fresh linens and towels. 

Our pricing is simple and highly competitive and based on the number of bedrooms*.  These costs can be passed to your guests.  

1 bed: £45
2 beds: £60
3 beds: £75
4 beds: £90

5+ beds: ask….

All of the above are based on the assumption that there is only one bed in each bedroom. All prices subject to VAT.

Linens Only

Tired of all the laundry?  Maybe you rent your spare room, or maybe you have everything else you need, but you don't want to be knee deep in bed sheets and towels all the time!  Let us supply you with the same great linens and towels we use.  Renting linens makes such a huge difference to the time you have and to the reviews guests will leave.
